Hi Lisa, Firstly, Im sorry you felt it necessary to write this review and that you were unhappy with the service you received when visiting us last week. At no point were we questioning your commitment to buy our car and we are more than happy for customers to test drive our cars. I appreciate it's a very big purchase, especially at the price point of the cars you are in the market for, so we would expect that you would want a test drive. The reason the salesman was hesitant about the test drive on this occasion was because of the very low offer you made for the car; he showed you Autotrader to demonstrate that our Audi S5 was very well priced against all the others available and that was the reason we couldnt accept your offer. Im sorry that you felt we were wasting your time, we were in fact trying to do the opposite by explaining that it wouldnt be worthwhile to continue unless we could agree on a more fair and reasonable price for the car, especially given that our detailers put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the car is in great condition. We certainly would not expect any form of pre payment before a test drive however we would expect to be nearer on figures. Spotted a perfect S5, made contact before hand to arrange a viewing and a test drive. Drove over an hour to see the car but the sales guy questioned our commitment (as if Id waste my time and my fuel for just for a test drive) he was persistent that we had to say numerous times we wanted to buy the car but it never seemed good enough! He went on to justify the price walking us through auto trader making it as difficult as possible to go on a simple test drive, he then went on to say he didnt want to get the car dirty! Ive never been to buy a car where you need to part with your money before being able to test drive a carnor has buying a car been made so difficult! We will not be returning and wouldnt recommendsuch a waste of our time and such a shame as it was a great car! Premium car have lost themselves a cash buyer and I would give no stars if I could.

Hi Ken, We have noticed that you have changed your 5* review of our company to a 1*. We have tried contacting you via phone, text and email but unfortunately as of yet have not been able to get through to you. The headrests were sent by recorded delivery with a tracking number so if you could get in touch we can hopefully resolve this. Regarding the scratches, it is very difficult to comment after 4 months of you owning the car as to how the scratches may have appeared and how the car has been washed/kept. Poor washing techniques and materials can certainly cause scratching to the body work. About a week after we got the car we noticed no rear head rests, we were told they would be sent to us as we live 45 miles away but never got them. Also, the car looked like new when we got it but after a few washes whatever lacquer that they used washed off revealing scratches on the roof, bonnet, bumpers and doors.

Highly recommend! I dealt with Mark who was very helpful. As I was a few hours away from the showroom, Mark sent a high quality video of the car so that I could have a good look. I was happy to leave a deposit and arranged to look at the car in person the following week. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to proceed with the sale. Although Mark had explained that the deposit was non-refundable, he went out of his way to follow up with other potential buyers. Luckily, one was willing to leave a deposit of their own, meaning I was able to get a full refund. Excellent service all round - I would not hesitate to purchase from The Premium Car Company.
